Our approach is simple, provide our players with the opportunity to learn the real skills required to progress in their hockey careers. Our staff understands the necessary tools required to have success at all levels of the game and we have a passion for hockey that we want to share with our athletes. As current professional players, our staff can connect with our players on a personal level and provide a unique blend between coaching and mentoring.

Brand new academy structure coming to Hartland Michigan, powered by Next Level Player Development. Hosted by the Hartland Ice House and in partnership with Oxford Virtual Academy.
NLPD Academy -Howell
Partnered with the 140 Ice Den and Oxford Community Schools, we offer an elite development academy based in Howell created by NHL coaches and Players. With a flexible virtual schedule and an on-site teaching staff, we provide the ability to evolve your game, learn valuable life lessons on leadership and accountability, and receive a highly accredited education that meets NCAA requirements.

We have ice time scheduled for our 2026 "Master Your Craft" and "Maximum Performance" Summer Clinics and we are in the process of booking additional sessions. We have many people expressing interest and in an effort to secure all of the necessary ice time we have opened up "Pre-Registration".
